Miriam Elgon



Miriam Elgon is a maker, educator and researcher, with a practice rooted in listening and drawing.

She is a PhD candidate at the research centre for Creative Research in Sound Arts Practice (CRiSAP), London College of Communication (LCC), University of the Arts London (UAL). Her research combines listening-drawing with learning to explore site-based material narratives of power.

Miriam is a Senior Lecturer in Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL and has worked as a Course Leader in MA Academic Practice facilitating arts and educational research. Previously occupying roles at Norwich University of the Arts and University for the Creative Arts, Farnham.
